How do I sign up?

Create a family account (if you don't already have one) by calling us 408.267.4032 or coming in.

How To Purchase a Punch Pass

• Log into our customer portal
  • Organization: avacswimschool (must be all lowercase with no spaces)
  • If you have never logged in before or do not remember your password click "Forgot Password" to reset.
• Click "Open Swim&Passes" at the top of the page.
• Click "Passes" and choose which pass you would like to purchase.
• Select the student. Note: It is VERY important that you select only the adult that will be enrolling into classes.
• Checkout.

Viewing Your Punch Pass:

• Log into our customer portal
  • Organization: avacswimschool (must be all lowercase with no spaces)
  • If you have never logged in before or do not remember your password click "Forgot Password" to reset.
• Click "My Account" at the top of the page.
• Find the student and click on "Passes." (the icon is a red circle)
• This will show the number of passes the student has, as well as the number of uses available.

Enrolling For A Class

  • Organization: avacswimschool (must be all lowercase with no spaces)
  • If you have never logged in before or do not remember your password click "Forgot Password" to reset.
• Click "My Account" at the top of the page.
• Find the student and click on "Passes." (the icon is a red circle)
• Click "Use for Class"
• Choose a Punch Pass date on an upcoming Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday.
• Click on the class. Click the red "Punch In" at the top.
