Our porpoises focus on learning 1-2-bubbles-breathe with proper side breathing and beginning to learn backstroke. Our goal is to establish rhythmic arms with a breath after every four strokes. For the porpoise level we are primarily focusing on developing the backstroke kick first. Your swimmer will still learn the backstroke arms but the emphasis will be on the kick.
